Tim qualified as a solicitor at a firm in the north east of England in 2002.
He moved to London in 2006 and since then has acted in many high profile cases including the terrorist attack on Glasgow Airport and the notorious "Baby P" case. He is regularly instructed by high-profile figures from the world of music and entertainment who particularly respect his knowledge of the music industry and his discreet but thorough approach to their cases. Tim has a keen interest in the law relating to technology and has obtained a Masters Degree in Internet Law. He has an expert knowledge of the rules and regulations of the London Underground and has qualified as a train operator on the District line. He is intrigued by the impact of neurodiversity, particularly ADHD, and other health issues that lead to individuals coming into contact with the criminal justice system.
